Healthy or not ?

Good Morning To my Lovely Readers , Ladies and Gentleman..I am here today to deliver my speech about
Healthy Eating Habits..

First , let me explain ,what is all about a healthy diet..

A Healthy diet is one that helps or improve general health.it is important for lowering many chronic health risk suck as  obesity , heart disease , diabetes ,hypertension and cancer . A healthy diet involves consuming appropriate amounts of all essential nutrients and adequate amount of water..Nutrients can obtained from many different food , so there are NUMEROUS diet that can be considered healthy . A healthy Diet needs to have a MACRONUTRIENTS such as fats , proteins , and carbohydrates as well as calories to support energy needs. and micronutrients , to meet the needs,for human nutrition without inducing toxicity , or excessive weight gain from excessive amounts..

It really gives me a great pleasure to Deliver you a speech today on healthy eating habits..Put on your thinking cap ; Try asking yourself, ave you been of healthy diets? Have you gotten sufficient rest each day ? o even, have you been performing a healthy life style by doing sports regularly? Your answers lies with yourself..If you do not,start off with some basic healthy habits. Here are some advises..

Ladies and gentleman.......

Avoid eating too much sweet or salty food...Normally, These sweet or salty food,are not healthy food,Because of the excessive salt and sugar content in the food product..Nevertheless,after a prolonged period of time having such as bad habits, it shall direct us to diseases, such as DIABETES and HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE..It has been the child's nature to love tasty food without having eating healthy mindset . As we are older ,Change our diet by cutting down on salt and sugar product starting from today! It would definitely be a healthier lifestyle wth a longer lifespan..

So , Don't eat to much sweet or salty food...I don't want you to be sick...Be healthy guys! Okay, that's all for today,I'm gonna to finish my homework now..See ya' Later...<3 you !
